Stone drainage channel installed along a utility site

Water goes where we tell it to.

French drains, regrading, swales, and downspout systems across Medina and Northeast Ohio — permanent fixes for wet yards, soggy lawns, and water against foundations.

Drainage & site work

Fix the water, fix everything.

Standing water kills lawns, drowns landscaping, heaves patios, and finds its way into basements. And in Northeast Ohio's clay soils, hoping it soaks in is not a strategy. We fix water problems at the source: regrading, French drains, swales, catch basins, and buried downspout lines engineered for how your specific site sheds water.

This isn't guesswork with a trench shovel. We read the grades, find where the water comes from and where it can legally and effectively go, and build the path with our own excavation equipment.

It's also the smartest first phase of any bigger project — because the best patio, lawn, or landscape in the county won't survive sitting in a puddle.

French Drains

Gravel-and-pipe systems that intercept subsurface water before it becomes a problem.

03

Swales & Channels

Graded surface channels that move heavy rain across the property safely.

04

Downspout Burial

Roof water piped underground and discharged away from the foundation.

05

Catch Basins & Dry Wells

Collection points for low spots that have nowhere else to drain.

06

Erosion Control

Stabilizing slopes and washouts before they take the yard with them.

How it works

From first call to final walkthrough.

FAQs

Straight answers before you call.

It depends where the water comes from. Surface water flowing toward the house usually calls for regrading or a swale; water seeping up or sitting in the soil calls for a French drain. We diagnose before we prescribe — sometimes the fix is simpler and cheaper than you'd expect.

There's short-term disturbance along trench lines, but we restore grade, soil, and seed as part of every job. By the next season the repair line typically disappears.

We solve the exterior causes — grading, roof water, and subsurface flow toward the foundation — which is where most basement water starts. For interior waterproofing or foundation repair we'll tell you straight if you need a specialist instead.
